Ledsham Garden Village is a huge ongoing development in Cheshire inspired by one of the UK’s original garden villages the nearby Port Sunlight. This project will deliver up to 2000 new homes including up to 500 affordable properties, 150 acres of green space including sports pitches, wildlife zones, allotments, formal landscaping and community facilities which will include a community hall, shop and a serviced site for a new primary school.
